Get more out of your 2019-2021 RAM 6.7L Cummins with custom HP Tuners calibration designed to improve horsepower, torque, drivability, and overall performance. 

Available for RAM 2500 through 5500 pickups and cab chassis applications, tuning can be configured with a single power level or CSP5 switchable tuning with five selectable power levels from 30HP through 200HP. Compatible 68RFE-equipped trucks can also be paired with transmission tuning to improve converter lockup, shift strategy, line pressure, and torque management.

ECM / TCM Unlock Information

ECM:

• 2018+ trucks require an additional cable to unlock the ECM for tuning.
• The required cable must be used as part of the ECM unlock process before tuning can be flashed.

TCM:

• Custom transmission tuning is available only for vehicles equipped with the 68RFE transmission.
• Transmission tuning requires the appropriate HP Tuners licensing.
• Transmission tuning is not available for the Aisin transmission with this package.

Switchable Tuning

CSP5 Switchable Tuning allows you to select between five predetermined power levels without stopping to reflash the truck.

CSP5 Power Levels

• 30HP – Heavy Tow
• 80HP – Light Tow, 12,000 lbs. and under
• 150HP
• 180HP
• 200HP

How to Change Power Levels

HP Tuners CSP5 tuning allows you to change between the five available power levels while the truck is running.

Power levels can be changed using:

• Compatible steering wheel controls, or
• A physical Cummins CSP4/CSP5 OBD-II Pass-Through Switch

The physical pass-through switch plugs into the vehicle's OBD-II port and allows you to select the desired tune level without reflashing the ECM.

Transmission Tuning

Transmission tuning is available only for the 68RFE transmission.

Custom transmission tuning can improve shift behavior, towing performance, and how the transmission responds to increased engine power.

How to Identify Your Transmission

• 68RFE: The transmission pan has a rounded, turtle-shell appearance. The transmission dipstick is located on the passenger side of the engine bay.
• Aisin: The transmission pan is relatively flat and typically has Aisin marked on the side. The transmission dipstick is located on the driver side of the engine bay.

Requirements

IMPORTANT:

• 2018+ trucks require an additional cable for the ECM unlock process.
• All vehicle and transmission tuning requires an HP Tuners MPVI Device + appropriate licensing, unless you already own a compatible HP Tuners MPVI Device and the required licensing.
• A Windows-based computer is required to read and flash tuning into the vehicle and/or transmission.
• Custom 68RFE transmission tuning requires the appropriate additional HP Tuners licensing.
• For this platform, we are currently only accepting aftermarket tuning modifications for an aftermarket turbo.

3. We ship your device within 48 business hours after receiving all required vehicle information.
4. Complete the required ECM unlock process using the additional cable.
5. Connect your HP Tuners device and send us the required stock readout. Instructions are provided.
6. Our calibrators write your custom tune files.
7. Your files are sent within 24–48 business hours after we receive all required information.
8. Follow the provided instructions to flash your truck and complete installation.
