Do you offer in-person tuning or installs?

We are a remote-only operation. All tuning support, file revisions, and consultations are handled digitally for your convenience.

Do you tune gas vehicles or non-diesel platforms?

At this time, our services are exclusively for diesel trucks.

What’s included in your tuning packages?

Each tuning package includes custom files calibrated for your specific setup, with support for adjustments or revisions as needed. You’ll also receive a step-by-step installation guide.

What tuning platforms do you support?

We support a range of platforms including MM3, EZ Lynk, HP Tuners, and EFI Live. If you're unsure which platform is right for you, reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

Do I need to send my truck info before purchasing?

Yes — we’ll request your VIN, current modifications, and tuning platform to ensure your calibration is built properly. You'll fill this information out in our tune order form after purchase.

INSTALLATION SUPPORT

How do I install the tuning files?

We provide a PDF or video guide tailored to your tuning device. If you run into issues, our team offers prompt remote support.

Do you offer real-time tech support?

We strive to respond quickly to all support tickets and emails. Live tech support hours vary, but most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.

Can I get revisions later if I upgrade my truck?

 Yes — we offer tune revisions if you’ve changed turbos, injectors, or other key components. You can purchase this under 'Modification Fee'.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

How fast do you ship parts or devices?

In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking information is sent as soon as your order leaves the shop.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Tuning files are non-refundable due to their custom nature.

WARRANTY + SUPPORT

Is there a warranty on your tunes?

 We stand behind every calibration we create. While we don’t offer a formal warranty, we provide ongoing support and revisions within a reasonable window after purchase.

My tune is not working, what do I do?

Fill out a tech ticket and we will get in touch ASAP to get it sorted.
