Available for RAM 2500 through 5500 applications, tuning offers multiple power levels ranging from optimized stock through 200HP to suit towing, daily driving, and higher-performance setups. 

EZ Lynk’s cloud-based platform provides convenient access to your tuning profiles, with both Limited and Full Support options available. Compatible trucks can also utilize CSP5 switch-on-the-fly tuning with the required CCV SOTF switch for quick power-level changes without reflashing the ECM.

• 2018+ Cummins trucks require a bypass cable for tuning.
• The required bypass cable must be installed before the truck can be properly accessed for tuning.

Aftermarket Modifications

Standard Stock Configuration tuning does not include calibration changes for aftermarket modifications.

Vehicles with supported aftermarket modifications require an additional Aftermarket Tuning Modification service for the development and deployment of those changes to your EZ Lynk cloud-based technician profiles.

For this platform, we are currently only accepting aftermarket tuning modifications for an aftermarket turbo.

Switchable Tuning

CSP5 Switchable Tuning allows supported trucks to switch between multiple predetermined power levels without reflashing the truck each time.

IMPORTANT: The CCV SOTF Switch is the only physical switch compatible with CSP5 tuning on this platform.

A traditional OBD-II CSP switch will NOT work with this application.

How to Change Power Levels

When CSP5 tuning is selected, power levels are changed using the compatible CCV SOTF Switch.

Do not purchase or install a traditional OBD-II pass-through CSP switch for this platform, as it is not compatible.

EZ Lynk Tune Profile Options

Single Full Support Pack: Provides permanent access and support through our EZ Lynk cloud-based technician profiles for supported Stock Configurations.

This allows continued linkage to our technician profiles rather than locking the device into one tune after a limited support period.

Single Limited Support Pack: Provides access to our EZ Lynk single-tune cloud-based technician profiles for Stock Configurations for a period of 4 weeks.

During those 4 weeks, you can access the available single-tune profiles and determine which tune works best for your application.

After the 4-week support period, your EZ Lynk Auto Agent will be locked into the tune profile that was last selected.

*A Limited Support Pack can be upgraded to a Full Support Pack later if continued access and support are desired.

Requirements

IMPORTANT:

• 2018+ Cummins trucks require a bypass cable.
• All vehicle tuning requires an EZ Lynk Device + appropriate licensing, unless you already own a compatible EZ Lynk Device and have the required licensing.
• CSP5 requires the CCV SOTF Switch if using a physical switch.
• A traditional OBD-II CSP4/CSP5 switch will not work on this platform.
• Standard Stock Configuration tuning does not include tuning for aftermarket modifications.
• Supported aftermarket modifications require an additional Aftermarket Tuning Modification service.
• Currently, the only aftermarket tuning modification we are accepting for this platform is an aftermarket turbo.

How Does This Work?

1. Order your EZ Lynk Device, tuning package, licensing, bypass cable, and required parts.
2. Complete the Tune Order Form with your truck specifications and modifications.
3. We ship your device within 48 business hours after receiving all required vehicle information.
4. Install the required bypass cable.
5. Connect your EZ Lynk Device to the truck and link it to our cloud-based technician profile.
6. Our calibrators prepare and deploy your tuning through the EZ Lynk platform.
7. Select and install the appropriate tune profile using the EZ Lynk system.
8. Follow the provided instructions to complete tuning and installation.

Our technicians are available for phone and technical support if assistance is needed during installation.

The EZ Lynk Auto Agent connects your truck to the EZ Lynk cloud-based tuning platform, allowing your custom tune profiles to be delivered and installed on the vehicle.

If you already own a compatible EZ Lynk Device, the appropriate licensing and support package are still required for tuning deployment.

After purchase, tunes are typically completed within 24–48 business hours once we have received your Tune Order Form and all required vehicle information.

Devices typically ship within 48 business hours after we have received all required vehicle information and the completed Tune Order Form.

Instructions are provided based on your specific package.
