• A Windows-based computer is required to pull the stock read off the dimsport device and to load the modified file on the device.
• Requires a Dimsport "My Genius" device
  • Needs to have an available License
• May require a aftermarket diag tool (snap on, autel, or similar) to reset parameters.

How Does This Work?

1. Order your device and tuning package
2. Complete the Tune Order Form with your vehicle's specifications and modifications.
3. Once your Dimsport device is received. Follow the read out instructions and email us the stock file to tuneorders@torqueworkdiesel.com
4. Our calibrators write your custom tune files.
5. Your files are sent within 24–48 business hours after we receive all required information and files.
6. Follow the provided instructions to flash your truck and complete installation.

Our technicians are available for phone and technical support if assistance is needed during installation.

What You'll Need

For a 2012 - 2016 Volkswagen Touareg 3.0L Diesel full kit, you’ll need:

• Device: Dimsport My Genius
• Tune Package
• EGR Solution
• DPF / Exhaust Solution

The device is used to read and flash your custom tune files into the truck, while the required hardware and services address the applicable factory systems.

Tunes are typically completed within 24–48 business hours after purchase and once we have received the required Tune Order Form, stock readout files, and vehicle information.

Devices typically ship within 48 business hours after we have received all required vehicle information and order details.
