Its great. Just pull of panel at light switch and plug in obd adapter harness then just follow instructions on app. Its a little confusing on how to get your tunes but after i called they made it simple. Also this is the only company i have bought from that will actually call you back and help you through any problems. They for sure have my business from now on.
Hit them up and right away they took care of me, answered all my questions and I had a lot of them from start to finish. Truck runs better then before ecm and tcm tune, exceeded my expectations. I will be using them again and will be sending everyone I know to them.

Had a few little glitches, reinstalled tunes seems to be doing better 😀 like it so far. Threw in a few extra parts to help tunes out.

Absolutely perfect. I had a tune done in Canada and all the lights on dashboard were on and multiple issue with ABS, and the list will cover 2 pages. This tune is the real one. My dashboard is clean and the Jeep pulls hard. Thank you Liviu
By far best service I've had when it came to dealing with my truck. I did the labor myself. They helped me pinpoint all the issues based off of data log and I went through at least four people that kept giving me the runaround until I found these guys they had my tune up and going fast. And my truck was running in days. Definitely recommend them to everybody.

Pretty simple install that I did in a day. Truck sounds amazing even with the stock muffler and has already picked up almost 2 mpg around town on the #1 setting.

Got a 200 horsepower tune with trans tune, and couldn’t be more happy with it. Truck drives amazing shifts smooth and gets up and goes when I wanted to. Would recommend anyone with a diesel truck to install some tunes from torque Work diesel any day.
My truck has been tuned for a while, I started having a lot of issues and I narrowed it down to my tune. So I had someone put a tune in, they used starlite I believe. Also while this “diesel guy” had it I wanted a new turbo. All for 5200k After he swapped them he couldn’t get it to relearn. So I went to buy an actuator another 1000$ and he still couldn’t learn it! So I brought my icon t8 and learned it in 5 seconds. Started driving home check engine came on for speed sensor. He told his tune people and sent another tune. Well still didn’t fix it. Then tells me he gave them wrong tire size! They sent one with correct size and still didn’t fix it. Limp mode I drove home and ordered tunes from yall and as soon as I wrote it to the truck, completely fine!! Been driving it every day and no problems at all!

It was very easy to install I was really surprised how easy torque works guys have made it ,I had one issue with switch but they got me on the right track , my F250 runs a whole lot better sounds great I’m very happy with my purchase I highly recommend Torqueworks diesel
I had previously added EFI Live to my 2014 Silverado 2500HD LML duramax . I believe it was in 2017. I bought and I installed the 5 tunes with on the fly. Well the switch never real worked or the tunes didn’t appear much difference when I switched through them. Not sure of what really happened but it was pretty disappointing. I decided it was time to go to a single street tune (120 HP),with the matched transmission tune. I reached out to Torque works diesel and was able to talk with Drew. Great guy and a wealth of knowledge. Drew confirmed that I could use my tuner device and gave me detailed instructions on how to unlink it and how to download the tune and flash my truck. Well I bought the tunes and Torque works had them in my mailbox same day. I’m no computer expert and it took a little work but I got it done. My truck is a fire breathing machine now. It actually idles smoother, no dead spots or lag in the turbo and you certainly and hear the turbo whistle . Acceleration is probably 35% over stock and the zero to 60 is pretty impressive. Haven’t got a feel of the fuel economy at this point since it still in the learning stage. I will be installing a CP3 pump and a Fleece Cheetah turbo. Drew will have the tunes available for these upgrade whenever I need them. I didn’t mention my truck has a airdog 165 gpm lift pump. This is a must if you want to do a street tune. It was a good experience with a good outcome.

The tune did not work for my truck, and I attempted to get help by communicating to the owner and by submitting a tech ticket, the owner just repeatedly asked if I selected the correct tune with days in between emails, and did not offer any other guidance, when I finally voiced my frustration with how the process is taking, he claimed that he did ask questions relating to exhaust sensors, which was not true, I had no such email. I have asked for a refund due to their product not working properly and they have refused. This has been a very frustrating process. I was understanding that the tune didn't work at first but after weeks of getting nowhere closer to a working tune, I no longer am willing to deal with it.

COMPLETELY IGNORING ALL PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Bought the vehicle used and it had apparently at one point had a sotf system in it but no device had been left with the vehicle. The vehicle had irradic shifting issues and rolled coal no matter how gently you drove it. I called Torque Works and they got me set up with the new sotf programs, and a baseline stock file. The truck runs great now, no more rolling coal just great smoke free power the way its supposed to be. The transmission is definitely better than it was but I did find out after installing the new programming that the transmission had been hard part modified so that's not a programming issue. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. Originally I was afraid I had bought a truck that could only be used at the dragstrip, but now its running just how I had hoped when I bought it. 2019 Ford 6.7 CCSB 4x4 XLT 52XXX miles.
Torque Works is awesome. They worked with me back and forth to get me the tunes I needed and now my truck performs better than I anticipated with power to spare. Not to mention the increase in fuel milage. I recommend Torque Works to everyone I know and anyone I hear talking about tuning their trucks.

Never received product or communication from them
The people are great to deal with and very knowledgeable. The tunes are spot on. I didnt have to have them make any adjustments like I have in the past with other companies. I recommend Torque Works to everyone. I will be getting them to rewrite the tunes for my other truck soon because I feel the company that wrote them missed the mark a little bit.

This 2024 Powerstroke was equipped with a full delete kit from TWD.
Devon purchased an Ez Lynk device with a Full Support Pack. He added EGR Blocker Plates, and a Downpipe + Race Pipe exhaust. Devon installed the parts and our custom TWD tuning himself.

Caleb ordered an HP Tuners MPVI3, custom TWD switchable tuning, EGR removal, CAN Bus plugs & Race pipe. 2017+ L5P switch installation allows him to switch easily between different tune maps on the fly. Caleb installed the parts, and custom tuning himself.
