Upgrade your 2011–2019 6.7L Powerstroke with SCT custom tuning designed to improve horsepower, torque, fuel economy, towing performance, and overall drivability. 

Multiple power levels are available from 30 HP through 180 HP, with up to 200 HP available on 2015+ trucks. Each tune includes TCM tuning to complement the added engine performance with optimized transmission behavior. 

Compatible with F250, F350, and F450 pickup and cab chassis applications, with straightforward installation through a compatible SCT device.

Single HP Tune Tuning

Single HP Tune selections come with 1 Tune, input your preferred HP Power Level in the Single Tune HP Power Level field, default value is "30HP (Heavy Tow)".

Requirements

IMPORTANT:

• All vehicle and transmission tuning require a SCT Device for  installation, unless the individual already has a SCT that is unmarried to a vehicle.
• A Windows based computer is needed to flash the tuning into your vehicle/transmission.
• Detailed instructions come with every tune on how to download a simple file onto your SCT and onto your vehicle.

How Does This Work?

2. Complete the Tune Order Form with your truck specifications and modifications.
3. We ship your device within 48 business hours.
4. Connect your device and send us the required stock readout. Instructions are provided.
5. Our calibrators write your custom tune files.
6. Your files are sent within 24-48 business hours after we receive all required information.
7. Follow the provided instructions to flash your truck and complete installation.

What You'll Need

For a 2011-2019 Powerstroke full kit, you’ll need:

• Device: SCT x4
• Tune Package
• EGR Solution
• DPF / Exhaust Solution

The device is used to flash your custom tune file into the truck, while the required hardware addresses the applicable factory systems.

After purchase, tunes are typically completed within 24-48 business hours from the time you have purchased, submit stock read out [if needed], and submit the tune order form.

Devices typically ship within 48 business hours, after we have received all required vehicle information, submitted tune order form, and stock readout files.
