Requirements

IMPORTANT:

• All vehicles and transmissions require a Windows based computer for the flashing of your vehicle or transmission with your tuning option.
• Vehicle tuning requires an unlocked ECM for flashing of tuning.
• All Dash messages must be gone before tuning.
• You can do this after unlock
• Use a hand held tool such as snap on or similar to reset dpf, scr functions

How Does This Work?

1. Order your device, tuning package, and required parts.
2. Complete the Tune Order Form with your truck specifications and modifications.
3. We ship your device within 48 business hours.
4. Connect your device and send us the required stock readout. Instructions are provided.
5. Our calibrators write your custom tune files.
6. Your files are sent within 24-48 business hours after we receive all required information.
7. Follow the provided instructions to flash your truck and complete installation.

Our technicians are available for phone and technical support if assistance is needed during installation.

For a 2022.5-2025 LZ0 3.0L Duramax full kit, you’ll need:

• ECM unlock
• Device – MPVI 3 or 4, or RTD
• 6 HPT Credits for ECM
• Tune file
• EGR Solution
• DPF Solution
• Can Bus Plugs

The device is used to flash your custom tune file into the truck, while the required hardware addresses the applicable factory systems.

After purchase, tunes are typically completed within 24-48 business hours, after we have received all required vehicle information, submitted tune order form, and stock readout files.
