2020 - 2022 6.7L Powerstroke F250 F350 F450 | HP Tuners

Upgrade your 2020–2022 6.7L Powerstroke with custom tuning designed to improve horsepower, torque, fuel economy, towing performance, and overall drivability. 

Choose from multiple power levels up to 150 HP, along with Driver Demand, switch-on-the-fly, and single-tune options to match how you use your truck. No PCM unlock is required, and tuning can be flashed using a compatible HP Tuners MPVI3 or RTD4 device. 

Optional TCM tuning is also available to improve shift points, line pressure, shift pressure, and torque converter lockup for a more responsive and controlled transmission.

Tune Power Levels

• 30HP (Heavy Tow)
• 60HP (Light Tow - 12k Lbs and under)
• 80HP

Driver Demand Tuning

This allows you to have either 30HP or 60HP Tune Level.  Upon selecting Driver Demand Deep Snow/Sand mode, it turns the tuning up to 150HP.

Single HP Tune Tuning

Single HP Tune selections come with 1 Tune, input your preferred HP Power Level in the Single Tune HP Power Level field, default value is "30HP (Heavy Tow)".

TCM Tuning

The TCM Tuning on the 2020 - 2022 Superduty will require an additional device from HPTuners, a MPVI3 or MPVI2 device + 4 Credits are required for the flashing of your TCM. You can add the device with credits in the options above. Do NOT send TCM in to us for flashing.

2. Complete the Tune Order Form with your truck specifications and modifications.
3. We ship your device within 48 business hours.
4. Connect your device and send us the required stock readout. Instructions are provided.
5. Our calibrators write your custom tune files.
6. Your files are sent within 24-48 business hours after we receive all required information.
7. Follow the provided instructions to flash your truck and complete installation.

The device is used to flash your custom tune file into the truck, while the required hardware addresses the applicable factory systems.

After purchase, tunes are typically completed within 24-48 business hours from the time you have purchased, submit stock read out [if needed], and submit the tune order form.

Devices typically ship within 48 business hours, after we have received all required vehicle information, submitted tune order form, and stock readout files.
